Generate documentation for all modules (this only works right now if PhpDocumentor2 is hacked to disable graph generation).

Created separate phpcs task; adjusted which files get style-checked (all modules, minus tests and configurations).

Refactored phpdoc to separate Phing task; exclude more files from documentation list to work around bugs.

Added integration tests for AlphaBrowse functionality (thanks to the National Library of Ireland for providing test data).

Rearranged test suite -- moved ResultFeedTest to integration tests since this relies on live Solr instance.

Disable configuration of Apache during startup and shutdown since this is no longer a prerequisite for running unit tests, and it seems to be causing problems on the live CI server.

Added try..catch wrapper to ensure that test system shuts down even if there is a fatal error during testing.  Moved documentation task last; no point in generating docs for a broken build, and this lets CI find problems faster.
