- All files reported by licensecheck[https://metacpan.org/pod/App::Licensecheck] were fixed.

- Adjusted wiki links to point to latest URLs.
- Removed VuFind2 category name (use generic VuFind instead).

Cleaned up docblocks (mostly @return statements, mostly reflecting the fact that ZF2 controller actions are no longer void).

Upgraded to Zend Framework 2 beta 5; this breaks translation support due to reworking of i18n framework code; this will be fixed in a subsequent revision.

Finished IndexController -- it now forwards correctly.  Note that this required loading the latest master copy of the ZF2 Forward plug-in; the official version distributed with beta4 was broken.

Moved theme-specific view helpers inside VuFind namespace to avoid namespace profusion and to eliminate overcomplicated autoloader registration.
