refs #20733 [de_105] remove setpin template, use from now on finc standard 

* adapt finc-accessibility newpassword-template, add aria-describedby on input

* remove old translations
* inherit translations now from LiberoAccount text domain
* adjust translation text domain:
** in profile menu entry
** in controller
