refs #17161 [master] nicer link to uniform Title

* new search type in searchspecs.yaml for solr field 'title_id_str_mv'
* specify getTitleUniform from SolrMarcFincTrait to check if fullrecord Marc 240 |0 with (DE-588) exists
* adjustment of data-titleUniform.phtml to use new link-titleUniform.phtml
* restyle code
