refs #24530 [fid_bbi] added DigiZeitschriften 

* adjusting translation strings for AMSL Sources to remove escaped symboles that werent actually escaped
* changing AMSL Scope Note Translations to actually get used by the translator interface
* added some english translated strings to fill english sources site
