Fixes to saved list refactor, now works based on record ids and sources rather than location and index.

- Display a success message and link to MyResearch instead of autoredirecting
- Updated language files (including removal of incomplete strings from a few files)
- Adjusted test suite to match new behavior

- Resolves VUFIND-1148.

- This didn't work correctly due to the way $.fn.autocomplete.ajax delays before kicking off XHR; it was not possible to return the XHR object directly for chaining .done() on the end.

Using the block attributes of each record, we now:
- Don't display links that will be blocked
- Display links that are definitely available
- For 'check' links, display 'check' language, check via AJAX, hide if blocked

- Adds hidden filter support to Primo backend
- Moves hidden filter functionality from Search Options classes to Search Params classes

- Prevents visibility issues when form overflow is hidden.
