- A new config.ini setting allows the user to specify which search backends contain ILS records.
- SolrMarcFactory has been replaced with IlsAwareDelegatorFactory to make composing the trait with other classes easier.

- Makes it possible to return error messages for individual records in the getStatuses ILS call.
- Also displays the loading status properly.

- We were overly aggressive in our default filtering behavior, so the tag list in the "My Favorites" area only showed Solr-related tags.

- Previously, default sorting by type resulted in sort settings that were "too sticky." Now, whenever the user's choice matches the default choice for sorting, the memory is cleared to allow switching between types to act as expected.

- Don't replace whole records with an error message and handle the error message properly when checking item statuses.

- Fixes bug with double-counting on Combined search results.

- Adjust factory default behavior to match Options object default behavior.
- Simplify code in the process using null coalescing.

- Pull the facet config from the options object so we don't have to rely on hard-coded config names in as many places.

- Note that this breaks in IE8 and earlier; we have chosen to drop IE8 support.
