- This makes all scripts more robust and fixes a specific problem with index-alphabetic-browse.sh where it would not resolve VUFIND_HOME correctly when invoked from within the VuFind directory with no environment variable set.

- Windows script was broken due to vufind.bat references
- SOLR_HOME variable was used inconsistently with solr.sh; now both scripts point the variable to the same place
- Resolves VUFIND-1171

- Requires significant changes to Phing tasks.
- Eliminates vufind.sh/vufind.bat in favor of solr.sh/solr.bat.

- Improved call number normalization
