- The cart can now operate without the need for checkboxes and bulk buttons (this is now the default behavior); this makes mobile view more usable, among other things. The legacy interface is still available by turning off the bookbagTogglesInSearch  setting.

- Mostly cosmetic adjustments
- Hides some bulk action controls (unlikely to be used in mobile) to save real estate

Now that paths are evaluated the same, no need for global img-path variables. Replaced with more direct paths.

- Simplify format-list logic with LESS.
- Use CSS to insert commas between formats on record view.
