- This new abstract base class makes it easy to create modules that only need to display a template based on the results object.

- The cart can now operate without the need for checkboxes and bulk buttons (this is now the default behavior); this makes mobile view more usable, among other things. The legacy interface is still available by turning off the bookbagTogglesInSearch  setting.

- Disabling is NOT recommended, but may be necessary for some server configurations.

- This improves extensibility by allowing the insertion of more values for custom rendering, instead of a flat HTML string.

- Add a path converter to make any css files minified by the asset pipeline use correct paths for any relative url(…) directives.
