More granular create_date to prevent distinct operator from merging together rows that should be separate (thanks to Luke O'Sullivan for the fix).

Also fixed bug that was breaking alphabet list display, and fixed an outdated comment.

- Decoupled record drivers from tab rendering
- Every record tab now has a corresponding class and template
- Record driver => tab mapping is handled through module.config.php
- Added some missing comments to existing code

Switched to dependency injection for cleaner WorldCatIdentities/WorldCatTerms recommendation modules.

Added integration tests for AlphaBrowse functionality (thanks to the National Library of Ireland for providing test data).

Resolving VUFIND-699 ([Parent_Config] directive broken) with accompanying unit test.  Thanks to Kyle McGrogan for investigating the solution.

Rearranged test suite -- moved ResultFeedTest to integration tests since this relies on live Solr instance.
