- All files reported by licensecheck[https://metacpan.org/pod/App::Licensecheck] were fixed.

- Adjusted wiki links to point to latest URLs.
- Removed VuFind2 category name (use generic VuFind instead).

- Avoids use of __DIR__ (which doesn't work properly with symlinked files).
- Also use APPLICATION_PATH in theme base directory.
- Fixed line lengths in index.php.

Switched to dependency injection instead of reliance on service locator.
Improved mobile URL generation with additional regular expressions.
