- Eliminate ZF2 references to prevent confusion after Laminas migration.

- All files reported by licensecheck[https://metacpan.org/pod/App::Licensecheck] were fixed.

- Adjusted wiki links to point to latest URLs.
- Removed VuFind2 category name (use generic VuFind instead).

Renamed VuFind\CLI module to VuFindConsole for cleaner layout.  Changed return value for expire_searches.php so that "no searches were found to delete" is a success rather than a failure.

Temporary workaround for CLI compatibility problems in RC1; we should eventually integrate this properly with the native ZF2 console support.
