* adds lang="" to core files, result list and bookbag
* adds more tags for fav list
* adds more tags to myaccount views

- resolves VUFIND-1257

- Decoupled record drivers from tab rendering
- Every record tab now has a corresponding class and template
- Record driver => tab mapping is handled through module.config.php
- Added some missing comments to existing code

Upgraded to Zend Framework 2 beta 5; this breaks translation support due to reworking of i18n framework code; this will be fixed in a subsequent revision.

Moved themes from /themes/vufind/ to just /themes/ -- this simplifies file paths and fixes a bug in install.php that generated an invalid Apache configuration.  This increases the risk of conflict with themes from a different module, but using VuFind in combination with other theme-using modules is going to require extra customization anyway; not worth complicating the common use case.
