- eliminates the need to install the troublesome PDO_OCI module.

- Unified the translation of request group and pickup location to use the same prefix in hold dialog and list of holds.

- The cluster library works correctly under SSL now by default.

- srand() served no real purpose here (randomization is automatic anyway; no compelling reason to specifically use a time-based seed for Demo purposes)
- perfect situation for use of array_map()

- Just some minor changes to avoid parameter expansion; I know that they are very unlikelly considering the script will run on specific conditions, but I think it's better to explicitly avoid this situation.

- All files reported by licensecheck[https://metacpan.org/pod/App::Licensecheck] were fixed.
