- This prevents some versions of Chrome from getting stuck during automated tests.

- Serves as workaround for broken documentation build caused by PHPDocumentor bugs.

- Now that we use composer to install phing, we no longer need to use phing to install composer.

- Improve name of eslint output file for use by Jenkins

- Use builddir instead of bare /tmp to make sure it's a directory and not a symlink that phing would choke on.

- Installing phpDocumentor via Composer was causing dependency conflicts; this offers a more self-contained approach to using the tool.

- This works around a technical issue in Vagrant; it also makes some logical sense.
