The driver had been returning status information for suppressed items, which is not expected behavior. Suppressed items should not appear to the public. This change suppresses them from appearing in VuFind.

- Resolves VUFIND-1223.

Added en-gb.ini to CreatorRoles and HoldingStatus so that the translation of these text domains work also when ’en’ is not the fallback language.

- Otherwise server-side functionality such as emptying the cart won’t work since it will push the cookie using a path while the JS functionality uses a path-less cookie.

- Added the previously missing translation hold_items_available and fixed a couple of Swedish hold message translations.

- Fixed an error caused by lightbox when checking for href in attributes in _constrainLink and the a element doesn’t have a href (e.g. the confirmation links in the ”Empty Book Bag” button).

- Corrects commit 9a6a429f

- Verify that any existing session path is correct
- Avoid trying to set an empty path for the session cookie.

- Fixes VUFIND-1214.
