Add FIT Modifications for KohaRest.php 

This Driver Requires Koha >=3.18.6
Adds support for displaying Available status for two Locations ONLINE and INTERNET
Adds support for showing Lost/Missing Status for items that are lost or missing
Standardizes the Dates to m/d/Y
