* add option to keep search filters

* improve keep-filters accessibility
** Extend clickable area
** Fix focus styles
** Show tooltip on keyboard focus

* improve search input with keep-filters
** Long search strings were overlapped by the keep-filters checkbox, fixed by adding padding.
