Aleph driver improvements courtesy of Vaclav Rosecky: 

- removed dependency on curl library by using HttpServiceAwareInterface
- logging using LoggerAwareInterface
- deprecated function split replaced by explode
- implementation of getDefaultPickUpLocation method
- use of DateTime class for parsing dates
