* integrated latest code from finc/paia-driver->lahmann/paia-driver
* improved ILSException handling in DAIA.php
* improved statusCheck for daia/paia services in FincILS.php
* fixed bug in DAIA.php resulting from calling getStatuses() from FincILS for non multi-query requests
