API fixes/improvements (#868) 

- Switched from ”default” to ”defaultField” in search api record field yaml specification since ”default” has a meaning in Swagger.
- Fixed some minor issues with the Swagger spec.
- Switched to ”vufind.” prefix for VuFind specific fields in search api record field yaml specification to avoid any future conflicts with Swagger fields.
