refs #16750 [fid_adlr] design the category box 

* in the same purple as a facet filter
* change headline for category dropdown
* dont show switch tab hint for default category 'All'
* set violet color for all content in switch-tab facet
* also use fix of 16750 for mobile click on category dropdown items
