Hierarchical facet improvements (#1146) 

- Update facets.js to create HTML for hierarchical facets using jQuery and with the correct structure.
- Fix exclude links in hierarchical facets.
- Display "Loading..." message in hierarchical facets.
- Resolves VUFIND-1279
