refs #14583 

* introduces SolrDico Record type
** represents Digital Collections with JSON fullrecord
** uses HierarchyTree tab instead of CollectionHierarchyTree for DiCo

* changed translations of tab labels in collection view
* added data-link template for RecordDataFormatter
