* ignore print.css and compiled.css globally in finc gitignore and delete obsolete one in finc css folder

- Includes a bug fix to the status lookup code that was performing unnecessary duplicate work.

- Includes example, tests and generator tool

* adapted finc module to v3.1.3

- Creates CSS source maps
- Does not compress CSS
- Can be watched with `grunt watch:lessdev`
